DRIFT's summer school education for social change at Bildung Climate School

The DRIFT Summer School on Education for Social Change invites educators and change-makers to explore how learning environments can actively contribute to addressing today’s most pressing global challenges.

From climate change and biodiversity loss to social inequality, the program focuses on equipping participants with practical tools, frameworks, and pedagogical approaches to help students better understand their role in a rapidly transforming world.

Through an interdisciplinary and practice-oriented curriculum, participants engage with experts in sustainability and societal transitions, exchange perspectives with peers from diverse educational contexts, and develop concrete strategies for fostering critical thinking, agency, and systems awareness in the classroom.

The 2026 edition will take place from June 22 to June 25, with registration opening on February 3 at 10:00.
